The Chicago Sun-Times reports from the 18th Halloween Costume and Party Show including some Harry Potter news:

Before you see Harry Potter the movie this fall, you’ll be treated to Harry Potter the Halloween costume. Complete with Hermione wand, Nimbus 2000 broom, Light-Up Safety Lantern and the special Trick-Or-Treat Caldron.

…The same goes for costume dealers, though the folks at Rubie’s Costume Co. in Hyde Park, N.Y., will have a bit of an edge this year. They’re touting a new Harry Potter line licensed from the movie due out on Nov. 16. Outfitting a kid in a deluxe costume could cost about $40.
