shell = 5dc
half-shell = 3dc
picot = ch3, sl st in first ch
Instructions
Chain 383
Row 1 - Dc in 5th ch from hook. (ch1, skip ch, dc in next ch) Repeat () until end.
Row 2 - Ch3, turn, work 2dc in first dc, (ch4, skip 4dc, in next dc work 5dc), Repeat () until last dc, in last dc work 3dc.
Repeat Row 2 two more times.
Author's Note - You will be working the pattern as in Row 2, but the shell (5dc) is worked in the 3rd dc of bottom row shell (or another way, instead of just skipping 4dc, you will be skipping 2dc, 4ch, and 2dc before working shell).
Row 5 - Ch1, turn, sc across (sc in every dc and ch).
Row 6: - Picot, (sc in next 7 sc, picot), Repeat ( ) until last 7sc, in last 7sc work 6sc then picot, sl st into last sc.
Finish Off.
Join yarn to other side of beginning ch.
Repeat Rows 1-6 on other side.
Finish off and weave in ends.
