Open your word processor software and fix your page setup the size of the paper bag.

Go in Word Art, seclect a nice design and write the following:
Honeydukes
Hogsmeade
Sweet Shoppe

Adjust the colors, fonts and sizes to your leasure.

Print the text on your paper bags.
