Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling is among those nominated at the Royal Mail Awards for Scottish Children’s Books. Actress Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) will be switching on the Christmas lights display on the Marylebone HIgh Street at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 16.
