J.K. Rowling and her husband, Dr. Neil Murray, won a lawsuit yesterday against the Sunday Express, which printed a photograph of their son David. Because of the ruling, British newspapers will be unable to publish photographs of celebrities’ children in many circumstances, which is likely to have “serious implications” for the paparazzi.
