PoA Tops $500 Million

Eleven weeks after release, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban has taken in over $500 million. According to the Hollywood Reporter, PoA is only the tenth film to top $500 million outside of the U.S., making it the third most successful film in Warner Bros’ history. Stephen King Declares PoA a “Four Star” Movie

In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, Stephen King gives his opinion on summer films; he writes that PoA is one of only four four-star films of the summer, and the other three, in his opinion, are Fahrenheit 9/11, The Manchurian Candidate and Shrek 2.
