In a short video, J.K. Rowling, director John Tiffany and playwright Jack Thorne discuss the decision to move the play – set following the ‘Nineteen Years Later’ epilogue in Deathly Hallows – down under:
Tiffany explains that the audition process will begin in early 2018, Jack Thorne shares his excitement that the work is travelling worldwide, and J.K. Rowling admits that she’s never even been to Australia! We imagine this will change given her dedication to seeing the show – she’s seen it start to finish (both P1 & P2) TWELVE times.
This was about the 12th time I've seen the play from beginning to end and it was WONDERFUL. https://t.co/lPBWiPFVxA
