Santa Monica-based company ‘Intervisual Books’

Santa Monica-based company ‘Intervisual Books’ will produce two interactive books based on the Harry Potter novels. In a press release, the company announced contracts from the U.K., Germany, Holland, France, Spain, Poland and Japan.

The first book, “Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone” deluxe pop-up book, brings to life as never before a lavish visual retelling of this beloved saga utilizing creative 3D engineering with new full color illustrations. The second, “Harry Potter Hogwarts School” features a 3D, two-story showcase of eight rooms at the magical and mysterious Hogwarts School. This imaginative and inventive carousel includes punch-out characters, pull-tabs and secret passageways.
