More on the recent court ruling against Nancy Stouffer from Bloomberg.co.uk: In his 36-page opinion, [U.S. District Judge Allen G. Schwartz] also ordered Stouffer to stop “making false representations to third parties indicating that she owns all rights in the ‘Muggle’ and ‘Muggles’ trademarks and copyrights,” or that Rowling violated those rights.
