The Scotsman reports that the retail chain the Co-op will not be given any advance copies of Order of the Phoenix due to the fact that, in July 2000, they violated the embargo that was placed on Goblet of Fire by putting out some of the books early.

Scholastic has “corrected” the Salt Lake City Library in their incorrect assumption that an early reading of the book was acceptable.
