Forbes magazine has released their annual list of top fictional characters, and once again Lucius Malfoy makes this cut in their Fictional 15 list, moving up a few spots to number 12. Says the magazine of the notorious Death Eater:

Lucius Malfoy is memorably portrayed in the Harry Potter films by Jason Isaacs, who recently said in an interview he is hoping for the release and return of Lucius in Book Seven.
