We have another treat for you today. Thanks to TLC staffer Jeff, we now have a first look at some of the many fantastic original pieces of work created by Mary GrandPre for the Scholastic editions of the Harry Potter novels. New are looks at alternate covers she created for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Other new pieces include cover art for the very first book in the series, when the title was Harry Potter and the School of Magic. Be sure to check out the pencil sketch of the DA practicing in the Room of Requirement as well as a color sketch of Ron facing off against a rather impossing Queen in the Chess match from the first novel.
Thanks so much Jeff!
