Avatar ImageLauraKeaton says: I have the feeling I'm going to be spending a lot more time on Pottermore than is healthy. This looks so cool.Avatar Imagewiltabone says: Looks OKAvatar ImageEmerson Nidigith says: While this looks awesome, it doesn't really answer any questions. I assumed we'd be getting a preview into how this whole thing will work I think we already know what it looks like. I feel like I'm going slightly mad. /end rant.Avatar ImageRavenclaw98 says: I still cant belive we have to wait till OctoberAvatar ImageAcelineWeasley says: omg, i cant wait i hope we will actually be able to interact with the website, as a sneak peekkkkAvatar ImageRubeusHagrid says: This looks phenomenal. That is all.Avatar ImageSlytherinMalfoys says: Looks good. I can't wait !!!!Avatar Imageratorr2 says: I am really looking forward to seeing Pottermore in action, but this picture does not excite me in the least. We've already seen pictures similar to this and it give us no new information. Avatar ImageJoeThePotterhead says: I will spend months of time on this. I should really get some fresh air and light, but it looks too awesome! As Darth Ratorr said though, this picture in particular doesn't excite me because it has no new information in it. The best screenshot so far is the chessboard one.Avatar Imageallprostar31 says: This preview really disappoints me.Avatar Imageshi suisen says: It's so cruel that we all have to wait till October for Pottermore... But at the same time I'm so looking forward to it. :DAvatar Imagewiz witch says: Umm.... the pic doesn't exactly show much.Avatar ImageWeenyOwl says: Although this gives us very little information, I do want to thank Leaky for giving us access to it. I don't like this policy of making things available only to people who subscribe to Twitter, FaceBook etc. I refuse to be strongarmed into sacrificing my privacy to the social networking technology du jour, no matter how trendy.Avatar ImagexxIBelieveInNarglesxx says: @Laura Keaton [WBM!] Weirdly enough,I have the same feeling 8DAvatar ImageMariaKeis says: Can't wait .. :DAvatar ImageCarmen Black says: It does give us a little information. For instance, there is clearly a Facebook-friendly element to Pottermore, which in some ways suggests an aspect of social networking. However, I was a little disappointed. Maybe the next screen shots will be a little more exciting?Avatar says: Any word of whether you will be able to experience the site on say...and iPad?Avatar ImageGiant Squid says: Its really exciting! Avatar Imageazaadpotter says: Wow that looks cool. Cant wait for it to openAvatar Imagehewy says: Looks like it is going to be awesome! However must agree with WeenyOwl. This Facebook and Twitter stuff just invades ones personal space and opens one up to hacking and viruses. Just got rid of one recently and it cost me my entire hard drive and then three more on a new laptop. Am still signing up for Pottermore!!!Avatar ImageLivi22 says: I can't wait, hanging on and checking Leaky religiously until 31 July!Avatar ImageMatea says: oh God! my life is over.Avatar ImagePatronus 27 says: There's only a screenshot?????? I'm feeling a bit disappointed.........Avatar ImageDavidTheUnready says: Have you noticed that everything to do with Harry Potter involves waiting for a long time :) Avatar ImageFelipe_Q says: I feel so teased! :-P I can't wait for this!!! :-DAvatar Imagekyrstalkris says: I really want to read it, but I want it to be a surprise when it comes out! :DAvatar ImageLunaLuver says: The screenshot looks amazing! Pottermore looks like a really great site. I cant wait to see more! :DAvatar ImageDlcohm7 says: It seems like maybe each chapter or page we go through, there will also be a virtual video we can see, move through, like a video game? or pic we can move and see what is around us,with sound? I'm excited either way.I trust Jo.I know it will be good! Looks fun!Avatar Imagekiwimci says: This looks like a really good learning tool aswell for schools that are reading the books chapter by chapter in class. Clever Jo, very clever!Avatar Imagewillowandlaylasmom says: Looks like it will go chapter by chapter?Avatar ImageSmitch says: This. Looks. INSANE! Insane. I just can't wait. I feel like our Potter lives are just going to flip upside down and inside out - in the best way possible! Avatar ImageWeasleyIsMyKing3 says: I cannot wait for this!!!! Avatar Imagegirlatty1 says: I am soooo ready for Pottermore. Thanks Jo!Avatar ImageGene L. says: Best reading experience ever!!!Avatar Imagesboyer06 says: OH!!! please hurry and open up! i wanna see the site!!Avatar Imagehalfbloodprincesss says: Pottermore will become my new obsession...I'm already in the midst of writing like five different fan-fics at the same time. JKR really knew what she was talking about when she said once you start writing, you can't stop :)Avatar Imagejedisakora says: I have to say i'm a tad disappointed...Avatar Imagejedisakora says: I have to say i'm a tad disappointed...Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: Very nice!Avatar ImageDelilah3136 says: Aw man lol I thought it'd be a video... but I guess we have to take what we can get for now. Avatar ImageSpook says: Why does everything have to be available through twitter? Not everyone has twitter and wants to go through twitter. Totally agree with WeenyOwl {The Human Deluminator}. It is unnecessary and disadvantaging everyone else! Pottermore looks great though. Thanks Leaky for updating us!!!Avatar ImageMad But Happy says: The picture doesn't show much, aside from how you're going to be clicking on some things. I think people are more interested in seeing the inside of the Hogwarts Express, and all that! Oh well, we'll just have to wait until it's open to the public. They can't reveal everything ahead of time.Avatar Imagealexweasley12 says: im glad there doing this but i looked it over again and its dissapointing.......Avatar ImageRubeusHagrid says: I really dont undestand all these people who find this dissapointing <.< Its a preview not a realese of the whole website. Avatar Imagemencia says: totally excited :DAvatar Imagemencia says: totally excited! :DAvatar Imageginny_weasley1998 says: @Laura Keato[WBM!] I agree all the way! I am already on leaky to much!! I just have a serious case of OPD(obsessive potter disorder);)))Avatar ImageMad But Happy says: Chill peeps! This is just a screencapture. The actual webpage is going to be much more elaborate than this :pAvatar Imageroonwit says: Mad But Happy: Yes and No. I suspect that is exactly what the Chapter pages look like, but the screens it links to will have more going on.Avatar ImageThe Stew says: Stoked!Avatar ImageCorruptedNethicite says: October is only 3 months out, but it seem so far away.Avatar Imagemagic1017 says: I would like to see all the weddings and things that take place after the battle and catch up with the characters before the epilogue (and after)Avatar Imageroonwit says: magic1017: You might have to wait a bit for that, as it looks like they are starting with Philosopher's Stone and adding the other books gradually.Avatar ImageDartFrog says: If anything, I'm rather interested in the sorting process. Finally, you'll really know! I luv the look and feel of the interface design. My question is that if there is new content, and JKR is sellg this content, will we have to buy the "new" series over again?Avatar Imageroonwit says: The new content is free on the website. Pottermore will also be selling Harry Potter e-books, but those will be the same as the printed version. If Jo ever does make the new content into a book then that would cost money, but it would still be free via the website.Avatar ImageSiriuslyluvsHarryPotter says: Accio July 31st!Avatar Imagejacket says: Can't wait! I'll definetly be trying to get in early!
