Avatar ImageHogwartsForever says: First I must say my usual "Damn you Hollywood executives for putting the cool stuff on Blu-Ray, and ignoring those of us with DVDs" Secondly, it looks like a good piece of work, but I don't think you can really show something truly behind-the-scenes about a four and a half hour movie on a 48 minute documentary.Avatar Imagekyrstalkris says: So excited for the Blu-Ray! :DAvatar Imageamelia 1-2-3- says: looks great!Avatar Imageamelia 1-2-3- says: looks great!Avatar ImageLookatme_Always says: Agree, it unfail that they don't put this on the DVDs. I really don't care to run out and buy a blu ray player in order to watch special features. Oh well, hopefully somone will post the documentary online :)Avatar Imagef-uhura says: I will pay hundreds to see that agean!Avatar Imagehermy007 says: im seeing it friday at my campus one last time before it comes out on dvd...gonna sob like a lunatic. D:Avatar Imageforgetmenot_007 says: It looks amazing!!Avatar ImageFleur-de- Lily says: That is so amazing!Avatar Imagewandmastercalum says: It'll probably be put on youtube but it's still a bit silly how the DVD features are so rubbish.Avatar ImageGoldenGem says: I am beginning to HATE Warner Brothers. First they are not releasing the UK DVD until early December despite it being a British productions and now they are only putting this documentary on Blu-ray which many of us don't have and quite honestly there is no way I can afford it as I have a large collection of DVD's which aren't even available on Blu-ray yet. Avatar ImageMidnightSun321 says: Why do they only put this on the Target one? :/Avatar Imagebrattyc says: @GoldenGem~ Regular DVDs can be played on Blu-ray players, you don't need to buy them in blu-ray to watch them. When you watch regular DVDs on a bd player it improves the way they look :) I think Target got the exclusive on this one because they didn't get any exclusives with with DH1...but then that's just my guess. I've already scheduled a vacation day so I can be at Target when they open ;)Avatar Imagekittygurl212hpfan says: While I admire their marketing campaign from the business aspect of it (being a business student), I'm a bit disappointed, and the earlier commenters have voiced my opinions already. This is a British book, written by a British author, made into a film acted by British actors, filmed in Britian, and the DVD is going to be released in America first...that doesn't really make sense does it? As an American, I'm thrilled naturally, but I don't think it's fair for the British fans who love it as much as we do. If anything, America should get the December release. I can wait, I have school anyways. As for the Blu-Ray only release of the documentary, I'll wait till it's on YouTube, I don't do anything Blu-Ray.Avatar ImageGoldenGem says: Thanks brattyc - I didn't realise that however I have a load of things that need replacing in the house before I can consider blu-ray. :( Secret Hufflepuff, please don't think I am asking for us Brits to get the DVD first, all I am asking is for it to be released to everyone on the same date and I can't understand why Warner Bros don't do that. Potter fans on both sides of the pond and indeed everywhere else in the world should be able to get a copy in November. Boo hiss to Warner Bros. :)Avatar ImageAvanelleWood says: It does seem very unfair that it will be released in the US before the UK. I wonder why they couldn't release it to everyone on the same day.Avatar ImageGiant Fairy says: they force us...and i don t want to be forcedAvatar ImageWON_TWO says: I got a green-ray...Avatar Imageharrypotter4258 says: wow..Avatar Imagekbicprez says: @Won_Two, LOL!!!Avatar Imagehermioneginnyluna says: Oh my word oh my word. I want to see this so badly it is unbelievable!!!!Avatar Imagejhangelgurl says: I would like to see this, but sadly they once again put this stuff only on blu-ray! ugh. Avatar Imagegirlatty1 says: Oh man -- I already pre-ordered the DVD. :(Avatar ImageG.Weasley says: I SAW THIS ON YOUTUBE! Well i saw it on a Facebook page first but then I clicked on the link. it was actually quite cool and it made me sad that the franchise was over but in a sense it will never be over. J.K. Rowling may very well be the very next Shakespeare. But it does seem kind of unfair that the Americans get it before the Brits because the whole Harry Potter is British down to the last well character. BTW it already is on YouTube.Avatar Imagenealiezealbie says: this looks brilliant :)Avatar ImageLunaLuver says: I now know where I'll be getting my Blu-ray!!! I've gotten I think all my HP movies from Target, they have great exclusive extras all the time.Avatar ImageMoonlitFox says: I don't own a blu-ray player, I'll just stick to getting the regular DVD. Looks awesome though. I'm American and I do agree that the British should have the DVDs released to them first, it's fair.Avatar ImageEeyore says: I don't understand why they are making a blu ray that's exclusive to one store. I just think that's weird - makes Target happy, I'm sure. We now have blu ray for the little TV in the kitchen but have yet to upgrade the one for the big TV. So I'll buy the blu ray (even while I grumble about being manipulated by Warner Bros) and watch the extras on a small TV. Then I can watch the DVD on the big one. Sometimes I hate technology and I really hate it when the studios force people to buy things they might not really want.Avatar ImageEeyore says: Oh, and yes, I agree that the Brits should either get it first or at least at the same time. Selling it in the US first is just not nice, Warner Bros.Avatar Imagepurplehogwarts says: Sounds good, ready for the blu-ray!Avatar Imagepurplehogwarts says: Why do so many people say it is "fair" to release to one country over the other. I say let everyone have it at the same time!Avatar ImageHarryLoverAllRound says: i won't be able to get this cause i don't have blu-ray. I'm so unhappy. This looks great. Avatar ImageLillianJames says: It looks really good. I get really angry about the studios and Blu-ray pushing their product down our throats. The quality of the last 3 movie DVDs, compared to earlier ones, is deplorable! I'm guessing the blu-ray is better? I wouldn't know--I can't afford one. And now this! Why do we allow companies to do do this to us!! I'm also tired of buying "combo packs"--and not being able to watch the special features! Shame on Blu-ray, and shame on Warner Bros!Avatar Imagemaddison says: Im so glad and excited that they have this film!Avatar ImageProfessorLily says: BrattyC - don't schedule a vacation day to go to Target on November 11th - according to their website, it's only available online!Avatar ImageGoldenGem says: It would seem that Ms Emma Thompson is as nutty as the character she plays if she thinks that Dan, Rupert and Emma need therapy!!!
