Bloomsbury’s Movie-Tie-In Books for Fantastic Beasts!

Last week, Leaky reported that Harper Collins had released details and pre-order options for its Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Movie-Tie-In books and coloring book. This past weekend, Bloomsbury announced its publishing partnership with Warner Bros for Movie-Tie-In books as well.

In a press release statement, the Harry Potter publishing company wrote,

“Bloomsbury Children’s Books has announced that Insight Editions, in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products has awarded Bloomsbury the sublicense for several movie tie-in books for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World.

“These high-quality, gift books include J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World A Pop-up Gallery of Curiosities, and Newt Scamander A Movie Scrapbook packed with pull-out extras.”

The books are set to be released for purchase on November 18, 2016–the same day as the first Fantastic Beasts film.

Bloomsbury Children’s Publishing Director, Rebecca McNally, commented on the publishing partnership, saying,

“These innovative formats are a wonderful book showcase for the wit and inventiveness of the films. We are very excited to have this opportunity to partner with Insight and Warner Bros. Consumer Products to publish brilliant film tie-in books for Harry Potter fans of all ages.”
