UPDATE: J.K. Rowling more explicitly stated that she is indeed, working on Strike 4. However, given that it is getting later in the year, and her work on Fantastic Beasts and Cursed Child, fans probably shouldn’t expect a Strike novel in 2016. It is always exciting to hear that J.K. Rowling is writing, and we have much excitement for her other projects “on the go” as well. Hopefully there will be more news of Strike 4 soon!

Last week on Twitter, J.K Rowling excited her Comoran Strike fans by promising a fourth installment in the highly acclaimed series of novels. With the subject of the gripping crime stories being discussed largely in recent months on social media, we can only hope in anitcipation the wait wont last much longer!

Since then, Rowling has been using her twitter to speak out against Voluntourism, especially in orphanages. Needless to say, on top of her philanthropy work, three Fantastic Beasts projects, Cursed Child, Pottermore Hogwarts books, and more, Jo keeps pretty busy. With all the new Harry Potter world publications, we are glad she hasn’t forgotten about her Cormoran Strike fans. Follow Rowling on twitter for updates!
