Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been nominated for a 2006 Audie award, in the category, “Childrenâs Titles for Ages 8+.” The Audies are the only awards in the U.S devoted exclusively to audiobooks and spoken word entertainment. After Sean Biggerstaff’s short film, Cashback was nominated for an Academy Award, the makers have decided to expand the film into a full-length feature. Writer-director Sean-Ellis and producer Lene Bausager will turn the film from a 19-minute “supermarket dramedy” to a full-length film, using the entire ensemble cast, including former Harry Potter actor Sean Biggerstaff. …read more!
