Variety reports that Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the fifth film, will have a budget of more than $150 million. It also notes that this has little to do with salary: “‘Potter,’ [doesn’t] have a star with anything close to a $20 million payday.”

Gamespot.com reviews the new GoF video game, saying “the artists are striving to make the characters look as close to their real-life counterparts as possible. The Star-Ledger of Newark’s fall movie preview jokes that Goblet of Fire, set to be released on November 18, is “[s]ome obscure art film no one will see.” They’re kidding, of course; elsewhere in the article, they note that GoF is one of the only sure successed expected this holiday season.
