Sleeves

Starting at the top of his right front panel, do 10 sc down the sleeve part of his cloak. Continue up the back part of his cloak with 10 more sc. Attach and continue rounds. Do one more complete sc round to make sure it is solid.
Now, in this next row, sc around and when you are about 3 stitches from the top, do 7 hdc to create a softer shoulder (so his arm doesnt stick straight out like a scarecrow). Repeat this 3 more times. and then go back to sc rounds. Do 13 complete rounds (including the first connection round) and then finish off. Repeat this on the other side.

Finishing

Sew down cloak seams and across shoulders. Tie in all ends and try it on Harry! Use the cloak to place the stuffed arms so you can sew them on straight.
Use a rug stitch (also called a Fur or Cut Fur stitch) for Harry's hair, and then give him a cool haircut. Use a photo or movie still as a guide for his scar, glasses and eyes.
