12-18, depending on muffin tin size
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup solid pack pumpkin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °).
Beat egg, add oil and milk.
Whisk in sugar, pumpkin and spices.
Sift in flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to lightly sprayed muffin tins, about 2/3 full.
Cook about 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
