Amazon has announced that they have received 700,000 pre-orders for the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince book, which is due to be released on July 16. The author donated a signed copy of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for auction at a charity fundraiser to support the Swindon Therapy Centre for Multiple Sclerosis.
