CBBC has a brief bit of news (and a photo!) from the Krum tryouts, which drew hundreds of Bulgarian hopefuls. Ananova reports that hopeful Krums who skipped school to attend the tryouts will not be punished for doing so. (I have a feeling Snape would have felt differently)

200 To Try Out For Krum

Novinite.com reports that 200 Bulgarians will audition for the role of Viktor Krum. Perfect English is not required since Krum is a man of few words, however, casting directors are looking for a, “film face”.
