Will Theakston (also credited as William Theakston), playing Marcus Flint and Captain of the Slytherin Quidditch team, starred as Roddy Oliver in the BBC television production of “Ghost Hunter.” Check out a whole gallery of pictures of Theakston at “Young Actors of the World”.

It seems a German paper was also hoodwinked into thinking these pictures of Harry Potter were in fact the real McCoys when they happen to be their stand-ins. (Thanks to The Harry Potter Galleries for the link.)

The Disney/Pixar movie Monsters, Inc. moves up their release date in order to remain competitive with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Sounds like they have a fear that if they come out after Harry Potter’s release that they will be sorely overlooked. That’s good news.
