Canyon News and Celebuzz report that Tom Felton has put his Hollywood Hills house up for sale. The house was purchased by Felton in 2014 for $1.275 million and is now on the market for the price of $1.449 million.

The 1,732 square feet property, which was built in 1923, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse. It has a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open kitchen, and a spacious master suite that features among other things a two-person soaking tub. There is also a pretty snazzy looking pool in the backyard.

The property is held by Eli Karon from Teles Properties and the following images are from the official listing of the house (which can be found from here)

While the size of this property does not reach the grandeur of the Malfoy Manor, it sure does look pretty cozy. So if you have $1.449 million to spare, and have always dreamed of living in Los Angeles, look no further!
