JK Rowling of course! Reuters reports that “Her annual pay of $77 million was six times greater than the salary of Queen Elizabeth, according to an annual list of The Mail on Sunday newspaper.” Others behind JK include Madonna, Anne Robinson and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
