The Academy Award nominations were announced this morning, and HP3 director Alfonso Cuarón was given a nod for Best Writing of an Original Screenplay for his film Y Tu Mamá También. The Scotsman reports that a plaque to author JK Rowling could be erected in the Edinburgh café where she famously wrote the first Harry Potter book. The café will soon become a Chinese food restaurant.
